FED: Flu tablets pulled from shelves after allergic reactions

A spate of serious allergic reactions has sparked the Australia-wide recall of two types of cold and flu tablet.
All packets of Nyal Cold and Flu Fighter .. and Nyal Cold and Flu Fighter Day and Night .. will be pulled from pharmacy shelves from today.
People who have packets of the drug in their household medical cabinets are also urged to return them for a full refund.
Valeant Pharmaceuticals Australasia says their voluntary recall follows a small number of serious allergic reactions linked to the tablets over the past year.
People reported experiencing temporary swelling around the throat .. breathing difficulties or rashes.
